For starters, we understand your time is valuable – so we always call or text 30 minutes before our expected arrival. That way, if there are unexpected service delays, you can go about your normal routine or workday until it’s almost time for your service visit. We simply ask that you please answer when we do call.
A uniformed and security-badged service professional will arrive in a branded Roto-Rooter vehicle. Also, that technician will put on boot covers before entering your home.
We will professionally assess your issue and provide an upfront written cost estimate to resolve it. If you accept, we’ll begin work right away and guarantee the job. Of course, if there is more than one possible solution, we’ll let you know so you can make the most informed choice for your home and budget.
