Customer Reviews
The plumber arrived for our emergency call earlier than I anticipated with his shoe covers on and ready to work! He politely diagnosed our problem and fixed it leaving no mess. We hope we won't need plumbing work again but if we do it will be Roto-Rooter! Thanks. Bernice H
This is the fourth time we've used Roto-Rooter. All instances were emergency situations and they were the only company that responded so quickly and in all cases finished quickly. Would recommend them especially in an emergency situation you need to take care of fast. Roger S
We had an emergency main line clog on the day before Easter. We called Roto-Rooter and two techs came out first thing Easter morning. They diagnosed the issue quickly and explained what needed to be done to fix the issue. Both technicians were very personable and informative. They then went to work and had the issue fixed within a short time. We were still able to celebrate Easter Sunday. I would highly recommend them to family and friends. If I ever have another plumbing issue Roto-Rooter will be the call I make. Sanai W
Frequently Asked Questions
What should I do while waiting for Roto-Rooter to arrive during a plumbing emergency?
When you call Roto-Rooter for service and you have explained the nature of your plumbing problem to the customer service representative on the phone, ask them if there is anything you need to do before the service technician arrives. In most instances, they will provide instructions, but it's always a good idea to ask. For instance, if you have a broken water supply pipe, they may tell you to turn off the water to your home until the plumber arrives. You can also search your plumbing problem on our website for additional information and instructions that may be helpful.
What is the response time for a plumbing emergency?
Roto-Rooter's response time for a plumbing emergency is dependent on whether the emergency is confined to one household/building or to the entire community. Roto-Rooter is available 24/7/365 to handle plumbing emergencies, and in most cases, a Roto-Rooter service technician arrive at your home or business within two hours of your call. But if the entire community is dealing with flooding or water problems as the result of a storm or natural disaster, then Roto-Rooter's response time will be longer because Roto-Rooter service technicians will be handling emergency calls in the order in which they were received.
What is considered a plumbing emergency?
There are many types of plumbing emergencies, but the topic itself is subjective and open to opinion. Many would say it's a plumbing emergency when none of the toilets in a house will flush. Almost everyone would agree that a major water leak, either from a broken pipe or water heater, is a plumbing emergency. Additionally, a broken sump pump cannot prevent a basement from flooding, so that would be considered a plumbing emergency too.
Will Roto-Rooter fix any plumbing emergency?
Roto-Rooter Plumbing & Water Cleanup is highly experienced at dealing with any type of residential or commercial plumbing emergency. Roto-Rooter has licensed, experienced plumbers and service technicians on staff who are available 24/7/365 to deal with plumbing emergencies.
