Today, I called Roto-Rooter to unclog my bathtub drain. I had them clear a toilet clog several years ago and they were quick and efficient back then, so I ... called them immediately today. I was given a time frame for the workers to show up and they showed up sooner than expected. I explained my bathtub problem. Joe C. (553) and Toland (1129) immediately got to work fixing the problem. They offered me a couple of solutions to maintain the drain. I opted for the enzyme treatment once a month. They were both personal and professional. Toland is a "Newbie" (only two weeks on the job) and still in the "Learning" phase and Joe C. has been with your company for a while. Joe went above and beyond the call of duty by not only fixing the problem very fast, but also explaining everything he did and walking downstairs to check for any brittle pipe problems (I live in a townhouse), thankfully no problems or leakage from fixing the bathtub. He also explained how to use the enzyme and what to expect if it got on my hands etc. Joe left two phone numbers for him in case I needed his help again. I needed a couple of things explained again to me and Joe very patiently explained them. He didn't make me feel like an "Idiot" for asking either. I feel so fortunate to have had Joe C. working on my bathtub today. He is truly an asset to Roto-Rooter. I hope you give him a huge bonus and/or raise and not just a "Pat on the Back." He is truly a "Keeper." If I owned your company, I would never let him leave!

Rotor Rooter showed up within an hour after I called on a Sunday. First technician worked for two hours trying to remove the blockage, when he could not get it. ... They sent another technician who worked at least two more hours and the clog was finally removed. These guys worked hard and did not give up until the problem was solved. Your man arrived early as promised, which made me happy, as no one likes waiting for anyone. His name is Andrew Welch, and he was very professional in his duties. Before ... starting he did try different avenues to try to unclog my pipe. I have to say I am a happy camper right now being able to do loads of laundry without having to hold a bucket under the pipe that was overflowing when the washer drained out. Not his fault that other workers called in sick. My daughter had a surprise party planned for my birthday which my wife called and asked her if it could be done in a few weeks
