I called Roto Rooter and had someone here within 5 hours which in our situation was very reasonable. We got an email confirmation and calls updating us on time ... of arrival. The technician did a great job and was very friendly and patient in dealing with our stubborn pipes. Thanks! I will definitely call again and hope the great service continues.

Ernst and Mike did a great job!!! Their customer service was excellent, they were very knowledgeable and explained every process to me in great detail. I would defiantly recommend them ... to anyone who needs this kind of service. Next time i have any issues they will be the first ones I call.

The service we received from Roto-Rooter was excellent. The service tech, John, showed up within the time frame his office said he would. He called us to let us ... know he was on the way. I had to clear out all the cleansers under the sink t everything back under the sink to allow him access. We were pleasantly surprised when we found that he put everything back under the sink! john was courteous and did a great job cleaning up after the job was finished. If we have another problem with clogged drains, we will call Roto-Rooter again. Jerry Cole

Elie came today to fix an issue. Every time my washing machine (in the cellar) changes to rinse cycle and flushes the dirty water out, my kitchen sink (upstairs) ... backs up with the dirty water. We worked all weekend to try and get this drain un clogged, even rented a power tool and still couldn't get it going, roto rooter came in and unclogged it ... all!!!

I was absolutely horrified when my toilet overflowed from my turning the shower on!! One call to Roto-Rooter and a chance encounter with an outstanding employee who was sent to ... our house, and the problem was identified. He took the time to explain in laymen's terms what the issue was and why it happened as well as what would be necessary to rectify it and the reasoning behind that. It turned out to be a major problem but we were so impressed with the professionalism and sincerity of the employee, that we chose to continue with Roto-Rooter as they solved our problem.
