They gave me an estimate of when the service technician would arrive upon my ordering the service, and ... halfway through that time window they called again to update the estimate. I've had other plumbers that don't show up or even call. When he arrived, he had a can-do attitude even though my job was a difficult one, clearing out tree roots in a misaligned main line. He also had good advice about what I could do to reduce the frequency of these clean-outs. While these situations are always unpleasant, I'm glad there's a company out there that handles it so well.
