I had a sewer line back up, and ultimately found a cracked line that flooded our basement. Gilbert came, got here within an hour of my call, and he was ... terrific. He quickly navigated an old septic system, found the blockage, and also the broken pipe. He put me in touch with the people I needed to do the clean up and pipe repairs. I have nothing but good things to say about Gilbert and Roto-Rooter's response to my emergency.
