Gilbert was very professional. Unfortunately there was confusion with your dispatch as we needed and arranged for service on 04/30/2023 with confirmation however no one arrived as dispatch routed request ... to 05/01/2023.

This is an extremely belatedly review for plumbing work that Roto-Rooter performed for us back in August of 2021! I tried to submit it at the time, but I ... don't think it ever posted. Anyway, the tech did an excellent job, he had to replace the valves under two of our sinks that had corroded and could no longer turn on or off. It was a big job, that involved a total of five valves. We had to coordinate a water shut-off time with the management office where we live, and Roto-Rooter made it very easy for us to give them an accurate time frame. Thank You so much Roto-Rooter for your excellent technicians and schedulers!

Brendan was the tech that came on site for back to back sinks clogging up into one another units -909-, -908-.

Rafael was here to jet our main sewer pipe due to a belly in the pipe causing a blockage. He was professional, efficient, friendly and kind. Gilbert and Joe were absolutely amazing! Within an hour of our call, Joe showed up to assess the situation and helped calm our nerves by helping us with paperwork for ... our insurance, explaining everything to us, and taking photos of the situation. He was so sweet and professional. About a half hour after Joe was there, Gilbert showed up to do the dirty work. The job was a tough one, but Gilbert was able to get it done. He worked so hard to be able to get our pipes clear. He explained everything clearly and gave us tips on how to take care of our pipes and plumbing so something like this wouldn’t happen again. If there were ten stars, I’d give both Gilbert and Joe all ten. They kept us at ease in the situation and took care of us right away. They deserve the best cause they are the best. You got two great hard workers on your hands! Words can’t explain. Thank you Gilbert! Thank you Joe!
