Erwin, the Roto-Rooter service technician, was extremely professional unclogging my main drain pipe, minimizing any mess and cleaning the work area when he was done. I am entirely satisfied with ... the work done, though I forgot to submit the $40 discount coupon that I had left on the kitchen counter. But that's on me. I was also pleasantly surprised that Roto-Rooter was able to service my problem on the very day that I called them. Thanks again for your all your help. -Tom

The service technician who was sent to my house named Stephen Dallalis arrived at the exact time that he said he would . He work very hard to clean ... the main sewer line and check it several times to make sure it was clean . Stephen is a professional at what he does i was happy he recommend Tom Beaucage for the water restoration services. He also gave me a written note to help me receive a reimbursement from the contactor who did work in my home. I would recommend Stephen Dallalis to every one i know if they ever need ROTO ROOTER services. Thanks Stephen Dallalis for a job well done.

The service techs were professional and knowledgeable accessing my problem and quickly cleaning out and unclogging my drainage pipe in 45 minutes. They also were very helpful by suggesting your ... pipe shield product which I did purchase to keep my pipes clog free. Also one of your techs saw that I didn't have the proper pipe for my washing machine hose to go into and recommended I change it in the future to avoid any problems that might occur. They answered any questions I had and explained everything clearly.I was very satisfied with the service and I will be using your company in the future for any plumbing work I need done.
