We had a waterline losing water pressure underground but we couldn't see it. I called Roto-Rooter, 909-397-0567, & spoke to a woman who had me hold on the line while ... checking with a supervisor to make sure you had the below ground sensitive equipment available to find the leak. She scheduled a person to be at my home around 6PM, that same day. I arrived home approx. 5:40PM & within 5 minutes the Roto-Rooter man, MICHAEL, arrived. After learning how our 'mountain' water system operated he checked all of our pipes, inside & outside, & said he could find no leaking pipes. Fortunately, the night prior, my husband & I spotted where the leak might be. Sure enough that is what "Michael" figured as well. At that point I let Michael know that we appreciated him coming out to check our pipes, but that we would find & repair the pipe. I wanted to let you know how great Michael was at understanding the situation, & how thorough of a job he did. Please make sure to let him know that. Sincerely, Linda Kranz

The service received solved our problem. The technician, A'ynes Benitez, was efficient, hard working, and very patient. As she worked to solve our problem she explained her purpose ... and procedure and why she was going to do the procedure. All and all we were pleased with the service and will call Roto-Rooter when another plumbing problem develops.
