On January 8, 2020, we gave a call to Roto-Rooter as we were have a drainage problem. Within a short period of time a representative was at our residence ... to diagnose the problem. Actually, two individuals arrived: James Leonard and Joey Dovado (spelling ?). They were both extremely professional and very thorough discovering the issue and were honest about the recommendation of what needed to be done to solve the problem. We would highly recommend these gentlemen to anyone in need of a plumbing issue

This is my first time receiving service from Roto Rooter and I would really like to thank Gercido Ramirez #7325 . He was pleasant from the time I opened my ... door. He answered all my questions and made sure I understood exactly what the problem was and what he was going to do to fix it. He never stemmed to be in a rush and when finished he advised my husband and I on what product to use to keep this from happening in the future. We are new tenants here so this problem was something the past tenant should have told management about. Overall Gercido is great at his job and cleaned up when finished. 100% satisfied and I will refer others to your business. Thanks !!!
