Changed out kitchen faucet. Great job.

I had Tom and Steven out to my house. They were both great! There was some confusion about what I scheduled so when Tom arrived he thought we ... had a blockage in the main. What I have scheduled for was in inspection of the pipes under the house and a camera inspection of the main. We are in the process of purchasing the house an wanted all the plumbing checked so we don't have any surprises. Tom was wonderful in getting the necessary people out so the inspection could be completed. It took a bit longer than planned to get Steven out for the camera inspection, but Tom used the time wisely to inspect under the house (spotter person arrived quickly) and remove the toilet so the camera inspection could be done. When Steven arrived he was very efficient in getting the camera going and explaining what he was seeing. Also recorded to a USB for my records! Both were very neat an tidy and made sure the bathroom was left as found and even cleaned the area. Very happy with customer service they both provided!

Great work on a physically tough job.

Great service. Re-routed pipe from under slab to ceiling because of slab leak. Showed up on time. Work was great. Team was professional. Area was ... left clean. Workers explained what they were doing. Would use them again.

Jason was polite and professional throughout the appointment, taking the time to explain his processes prior to performing them and what the results were afterward. He fixed the issue and ... left everything as clean as he found them. No complaints whatsoever

Ezekiel himself was great. I just didn't like the system when they call you before dispatching, and if you don't answer (I was out in the yard) they dispatch ... the plumber to someone else first. I had originally assumed that they would just show up in the window, and there would be a call/text prior to plumber showing up. There was no indication that dispatch was dependent on an actual response to your call/text.
