I had a flood in my basement and Adam came out within a half hour of me calling to clear the drain. He did an amazing job and was fantastic ... to work with. On March 21 and 22, Jeff Isaacs (supervisor) accompanied Ken (Service Technician ) on a call to my house to clear an outside drain pipe. The job was physically demanding ... and the conditions were uncomfortable, with cold temperatures and light rain and snow. Both men were outstanding throughout the job: they were persistent, good-humored, thorough, and respectful, As a retired manager I've had extensive personnel experience, and on the basis of this experience I recommend that Roto-Rooter do whatever it can to retain these 2 men. They are outstanding representatives of the company.

Nick encouraged me to get my drain line camera-ed so that I would know what the issues I have are. Ron came and did that work and gave me excellent advice to have my drain line descaled first before digging it up and replacing it. I appreciate this advice and plan to follow that course of action. I was very happy with the overall experience. Thanks very much.

I tried reaching out to two different 24 hour plumbing services in my area. One said they weren't "dispatching anyone" and the other said they'd have a ... technician call me. They never called. However once I called Roto-Rooter I got a helpful individual to answer the phone. They had a plumber to my house within 45 minutes. In fact the plumber got to my house so quickly I was still out picking up some breakfast when they arrived. The job was done quickly and efficiently and the work was guaranteed for six months. The plumber was professional. They accepted a coupon saving me $75. All in all I was very satisfied with the response and service.

I really can't believe I am writing a comment about my plugged toilet. But, I am. The two men who came to my house on Sunday (when both of ... my toilets were clogged), were wonderful. They were incredibly respectful, yet had a great sense of humor (something we all need right now). After checking everything out, they gave me a bid (we are talking about having to have my pipes replaced (out into the middle of 13th South ): We are talkin' a lot of money. What they didn't know is that I had had another company over earlier in the morning, and their bid was significantly higher (plus, they weren't as nice).
