About 6 months prior my cable provider was working to restore my phone service and doing so had to work in my crawl space and damaged my sewer line and ... left without telling me. Roto-Rooter was quick to come out after another company couldn't keep make it. They repaired it within a couple of hours.

Roto-Rooter came to my office today. They came within the time frame they offered and called 30 minutes prior to arriving. The technician (8465) was friendly and ... professional. At the end of the work I asked to see the parts he replaced replaced. Being a plumber myself back in the days, I was able to see today that he was very clean and honest with the worked he performed. Once again I am very pleased with their service.

I met Stephon when he came to my house to repair my sink. He was very friendly and good at explaining the problem so that I could understand what he ... was doing. I was so pleased that when we had a leak in our ceiling two months later, I waited an extra day to have it fixed until Stephon could come. As expected, he did an exceptional job the second time as well.

Ned did a great job in reassuring my husband and i not to think the worst of our situation. He explained and showed us what was going on step ... by step as well as what needed to be done and did not push us but explained why and what could happen if we didnt take care of the problem. He gave us and estimate andlet us know to let him know when we were ready.

This is the 2nd time in a month I’ve call for service and both times the tech show up within 2 hrs and did a great job. First call was ... for a sewage ejector pump replacement and the second was to replace the sewage basin cover. I’m happy with the quality of the work.

Todd and Andre arrived at my home on time and were very professional and knowledgeable of what it would take to correct the problem after taking a photo of my ... clogged, exterior drain line. They proceeded to dig in the suspected area and located the clog, thus removing the corrugated pipe and replacing it with a new line. Upon completion the dug area was cleaned up and the crew left.
