I just want to tell you how pleased I am with the service I received today from Plamen. I was I a bad situation with a main water line leak ... in my home and was concerned that my entire front porch would need to be removed to complete the repairs. Plamen came out, assessed the problem, explained everything that he would need to do, and updated me throughout the process. He was very professional and friendly, but also knowledgeable about plumbing and how houses are built. He even explained to me how to make sure the dirt settles properly before getting the concrete finished. Plamen is a great assess to your company and you need more like him. Its hard to find good honest people in the service industry, but I am glad Plamen came to my house today. My troubles went down the drain. Thanks
