We had a very serious plumbing issue, now successfully resolved, many thanks to the expert service of Roto-Rooter. My initial call was answered promptly, and Master Plumber Kostaden Bogdanov ... was here within the hour, assessed the problem, and worked several hours to restore temporary service to us and to prepare for a crew of 3 men to come in 2 days with equipment to dig and then replace the cracked pipes. He articulately explained the problem to me and clearly knew what he was doing. Meanwhile, until the crew could do the work, he restored plumbing service so that we could once again use toilets, showers, and bathtubs. The crew of 3--Andre, Todd, and Bryon--worked most of a day, and, as with Kostaden, I cannot say enough good things about them. They were a pleasure to work with. Thank you, Roto-Rooter, for the very professional, expert service you provided, which I highly recommend enthusiastically to others with major plumbing problems.
