They arrived on time and evaluated the problem promptly. They worked with us to see how we could correct the major issue we were facing; completely replacing the sewer line ... from the house to the main in addition to reconfiguration of our existing sewer pipes in the basement. We also had to cut out part of our concrete driveway to allow digging to replace line.This was completed in 48 hours from beginning to the end of the project. Job well done! I think my husband and I were in shock over our plumbing problem but roto rooter calmed our fears and did a great work.
