I called for service on Monday, September 26th, and was told that someone could come out immediately which was an impressive rapid response from your organization. I choose to ... have the service appointment this morning - Tuesday, September 27th - and your employee was here early so I didn't have to spend time waiting which is greatly appreciated. Ray answered all of my questions about the basement's problems and is clearly very knowledgeable. He also made several helpful suggestions that will save me money while addressing the situation with my house's sewage system. He worked very hard and was a pleasure to deal with. Service was rather quick considering that someone had to come all the way from Hartford, CT. Then a decision was made to bring in the high pressure water truck to ... clear out the line the next day which was a good idea since the waste pipe turned out to be very old clay pipe that could have easily crushed even more.

I had called a local business and after 2 hours of waiting for a call back I called Roto-Rooter. I got great service from the office and even better from ... the technician! He came on a Friday night at 8:00 and worked until my plumbing was working. He was great! I will call them first next time.

He was also wonderful. Very friendly and gave us all options. The restoration team performed work quickly and efficiently and were also very friendly. Nicole who answered all our calls was very courteous and helpful. We went from a disaster zone to a clean basement in a matter of two days! Very pleased and would use services again.
