great job everything went well job was completed in a timely manner the workers explained what was going to happen and why sight was cleaned up after they finished everything ... looked great only problem I had was notations were added to the final bill that were not on the original statement sort of a bait and switch technique in my opinion think that's something that you need to improve on.

Technition Columbus #472 came out to my house for a clogged kithen sink. Columbus was very helpful in explaining the different option that his company provided and was knowledgeable and ... personable. Columbus was able to fix the kitchen sink, if I have to use their service again, I will be requesting him.

Jay was my technician he was such a wonderful help he went above & beyond what a normal tech would do! There needs to be more workers likeJay in the ... world! He is a major credit to your company! I would definitely call you guys again for anything because of Jay! You definitely have a great employee!!

Workers are very friendly and provided us with enough information about the problem to choose an option that will resolve the clogged pipes. They showed up at the designated time, ... fixed the problem, and made sure everything was working before they left. I would highly recommend Roto Rooter and will call again if another plumbing problem arises.

Our Plumber showed up on time and was very knowledgeable, He took the time to look at all issues that could have been causing the sewer smell we were ... having and determined the most likely cause was a broken flange on our toilet. He quoted us for the work, but once he began the work he found a simpler and cheaper way to make the repair. He told us the option and explained it all in great detail. He was proffesional and ended up saving us money as well.

My sump pump’s noisy check valve was replaced, and the plumber also noticed a leak in the pipes to the sump pump that I didn’t know was there. It was ... all fixed the same day and with no mess left behind. Both of the guys (Dana and his helper) were very pleasant to deal with, and even helped me with a minor non-related plumbing issue at no extra charge. I would definitely use Roto Rooter again.

Vernon did a quality and professional job removing the clog in the main drain line and reinstalling a toilet that I had removed. He was polite and knowledgeable and took ... time to answer questions thoroughly. The clean up was also very well done. I would most definitely hire Vernon and Roto-Rooter for future plumbing needs.
