We had a spigot leak on the side of your house. Even though the technician was late he did an amazing job. I didnt mind him being late since it ... was a Saturday but I looked at it as he is late because he's doing a good job for the person before me too. The company did keep in touch with me every 45 minutes, letting me know that he was behind and they were very apologetic. My leak is fixed and that's all that matters.

Pat was wonderful. He was very thorough and explained everything to me before and while he was performing the different inspections, etc. on our drains.

Early morning. Memorial Day weekend. Woke to find that we had no hot water. I didn't know that Roto-Rooter services hot water tanks, and I called 3 other local plumbers ... who either didn't answer or told me they were out of town for the weekend. Thankfully I gave Roto-Rooter a call and was given great customer service by Regina over the phone. I got an appointment for service the same day! By noon Tim arrived and was professional, friendly and quick! Tim gave me some background info on our aging hot water tank and made a quick repair. We have hot water again! Thank you Roto-Rooter and your great team. Although I am sorry you have to work over the holiday weekend I am so thankful for you guys! Life-savers! ????????????

Wayne was a fantastic technician. He took me through the process and explained all of my options, and answered all of my questions thoroughly. I was not ever confused about ... any process of the visit, and he was able to explain the next steps I would need to take and how to take care of things until it was needed. He also cleaned up my basement area after taking care of the drain, which another technician had done weeks before and trashed and left muddied and dirtied. Best service we had ever experienced.
