AJ is a all star! Very professional in his demeanor and accurate in his assessment of our plumbing issue. The customer service he provided by staying over past his shift ... time, made us Rotor Rooters for now on. To top things off, AJ took the time to talk to our 5 children about what not to put in the toilets upon our request. Please ask for AJ. He represented Roto Rooter to the highest capacity. We would give him 10 stars if it was possible!

The plumber Jermel did outstanding work, had complete knowledge of the problem after we explained our issue, came out an extra day, was accommodating to not demo what we wanted ... to preserve, and was honest and straightforward with what we needed to replace and which old pipes were in good condition. I was absolutely stunned with the amount of work they put in and the quality of said work, all with good spirits, good conversations, and good attitudes towards the hell I put them through! Thanks!!

He was on time, pleasant, and clearly explained to us the nature of our ... water backing up from the basement drain. He clearly explained how he was going to correct the problem and proceeded to do his job. When he completed his work he left he work area neat and clean.
