He was polite, knowledgeable, and explained why the clog was in the pipe rather than the disposal itself. He was persistent ... in getting into the problem which proved not to be an easy solution for the fix. But he was able to get to the clog in the septic line and clear it out. We are very pleased with the work that was done and would recommend Roto- Rooter to anyone. He also cleaned the septic mess that came from the floor drain pipe into the bathroom floor.
