During our time of need(labor Day 2017) our main drain pipe let go in our basement. Upon notification of your company we were lucky enough to get quick action from ... your company. Within 45 minutes we had your tech Benny #7181 on scene re mediating our piping. Upon his evaluation Benny did a needs assessment and determined the needed supplies. He then went and picked them up at our nearby Home Depot. The plumber was both friendly and professional, quickly located the source of the problem, fully,explained what was required and ... gave me an immediate quote. He completed the job, taking great care not to traipse dirt and mud into my home. In addition another member of staff arrived and explained the remediation that would be required - but put no pressure on me to use Roto Rooter for these services. Having opted to use them for the service Joe assisted in contacting my insurer to make a claim and set up everything for the project manager. The project manager came to the house later that evening and carefully documented the damage for insurance purposes. He also established liaison with the insurer's claim adjustor. Root Rooter not only offered a great repair service, but also made dealing with the aftermath of a drain blockage exceptionally easy for me, the customer. Can't recommend them highly enough.

Andrew Conner Tech #973 came to my Commercial Building on Friday September 12,2015. We had an on going problem with the main drain for the toilets. He worked very hard ... to find the problem, This is a very old commercial building (1946) He had to figure out the layout of the Pipes and find the clean outs. He actually went into the crawl space of the adjacent building getting quite dirty. It took him about 2.5 hours, but he was very persistent. He eventually cleared the the clog. My Tenants will be delighted Monday Morning. Hold on to this guy- He's personable professional and knowledgeable.Thank you Eddie

We had a water leak somewhere in our half bathroom. Roto Rooter Plumber Michael identified the problem right away. He had to break into the wall and was very careful. ... He was so considerate as to make a neat hole. He explained clearly everything he had to do. He was very jovial, kind, and professional. He had a wonderful demeanor despite being called so late in the day. This was the second time I have used RR ( I had a kitchen faucet installed & leaky pipe replaced) within a month.
