(I had to cut out the under the sink cabinet floor ... to get to the leaking outdoor faucet. Nice previous owners had and outdoor faucet installed and boxed in the connections under the sink). Once I cleared that, your employee was able to get in and make the corrections. Good quality hardware and tested plumbing to make sure no leaks. Great guy and knowledgeable. Give this guy a raise. A BIT MORE THAN EXPECTED, BUT DONE VERY WELL.

I tried all of the usual techniques that I new to unplug my kitchen sink; plunger, snake, water flush, all to no avail. Not being aware of the quality of ... any local plumbers, I googled the revues and saw that Roto-Rooter had the best. From the moment I called I new that I was in the hands of a group of professionals. I made an appointment for the following day and immediately received an email confirmation. Steve Kelly, the plumber, arrived at the appointed time and went right to work. He did an outstanding job, was very professional, and was very helpful in explaining how to prevent future problems. I'm very pleased with all aspects of this repair, and feel that the fee for services rendered was quite fair for the accomplisht work. Thank you Roto-Rooter for a job well done!!
