Mike arrived very quickly after I called and was very professional. He diagnosed the problem right away and recommended a new toilet and water valve to prevent future problems. ... He went to get the new toilet, replaced it and the valve very quickly and just like that my downstairs toilet was back in business! I asked for his card because I would definitely call him again if I have another plumbing problem.

The work was done well and timely. After that the 5 star review ends. You gave me an estimate of $7,200 Including tax. However the work was ... completed in 3.5 hours. One man showed at 7:30 AM and the work was completed and he was gone at 11:15 AM when I stopped by to see how it was going. When I questioned the pricing I was told that "you bid the job not the hours" First of all it was an estimate, NOT!! a bid, at this point I decided I was not going to let attempted robbery turn into the real thing. After a few days of arguing I settled on $2,600 still to much,especially after $600. a few days earlier. I'll just write if off as tuition to the school of hard knocks
