So our nightmare began on July 6 2016 our hot water tank decided to give up the ghost and boy it went out with a bang and did lots of ... damage we called roto rooter we had used them in the past and were very satisfied so that's who we called again and very glad we did they got someone out here right away and started to get things rolling to get things fixed while in that process another person was called to determine the water damage this young man by the name of Brandon Lisle called and came over within the hour and what a fantastic young man from the minute he walked in the door he was very professional as well as very caring and compassionate for the situation we were in and explained everything to us that needed done and why, he took very good care of us and continued to guide us through the process this young man did not make us feel like we were being taken for a ride as we have felt with other companies and people this young man could teach others what great customer service really is this young man is a gem and an asset to Roto rooter which will keep people coming back to your business. My overall Roto-Rooter experience was very satisfactory. The dispatcher who handled my appointment time was professional and quite pleasant. The rep who arrived arrived on time and was ... also professional, experienced, knowledgable and pleasant. More importantly, he resolved my backed up water clog in the bathtub by quickly. He had to go underneath the house to cut out my old P trap and replace it with a new P trap. He showed me the old P trap and explained why it was causing me these problems for many years. He also informed me the newer P traps are of better design.
