Florin #2464 did an excellent job in restoring our kitchen sink by fixing the plugged 40 year old drain pipe and re-configuring the pipes under the sink. I had a bathtub completely clog on me and after hours of my own troubleshooting and attempts to resuscitate my ... drain pipes, I finally gave in and admitted defeat. I was a second-time roto rooter customer and this one sealed the deal for me. I agree with the pricing because peace of mind lowers my blood pressure. Within 40 minutes of calling the dispatch, I received a call that a tech was coming to help me with my plumbing problems. After half an hour, PEJMAN arrived and literally assessed the situation calmly and then brought in his tools and did the work! How awesome. Definitely will use again! Thanks!

They were there within 3 1/2 hours after calling, and it wasn't an emergency. The serviceman was polite and professional. He made sure everything was working as it ... should and that there were no leaks. He also cleaned up after himself.

He educated me on their process ... and what the issue was, and allowed me to view the camera as it was running our lines so I could see what he sees. Steve was thorough, explaining the system and was done with the project in less than 30 minutes. He also took time to explain condo complex drainage system, how the ... individual units system feeds into the main system and what to look for if there are potential problems with main system. Will definitely be using Roto Rooter in future.

Excellent service all around. The plumber was on time, very knowledgeable, and quickly resolved the issue.

I was very pleased with my entire service from the beginning to the end! The plumber was awesome and even took the time to show us the video of ... the pipelines and explain everything!!! He even took 5 extra minutes to unclog our sink spouts. Now, the water is pouring out with more force.
