This was our first time calling out a plumber. We had Roto Rooter come out to clear an ongoing clog that we couldn’t seem to do on our own. Paul ... came out and cleared the problem and noticed a hole in the original pipe which was over 100 years old. Paul had Miles come out who assessed the situation and came back the next day, right on time, to fix the hole and the mis-matched piping that was installed in the basement. Miles was not only friendly and professional, he did the work in two hours! Miles explained that you can’t force pipe to do something you want and replaced it with the utmost detail.
