David arrived on time and listened as I explained my problems. He was very polite and gave me excellent advise as to how to fix my problems. He gave me a complete ... estimate explaining everything to me clearly. He worked very efficiently and finished in good time. He showed me everything he did and demonstrated how everything worked. He told me about the guarantee for each item he fixed. He left the bathroom cleaned and everything in place. I am completely satisfied. Thanks David.

Had a major clog in my kitchen sink on a Friday night! I needed someone to come out immediately! Roto-rooters service technician, Lal Sailo, came to my house ... at 9:00 at night and had the clog fixed within 45 minutes. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and efficient!

Even after he thought the problems were solved he made sure that everything was draining properly & when it wasn't he continued to work until the pipes were clear. He made sure that my floor was covered so no damage was done to the vinyl & cleaned the area when finished.

Came withing the time period specified and the plumber, Jonathan, provided professional service. He was world class.

From the time I called until a technician arrived was less than an hour. Joseph #5423 was great, he determined how to approach the issue, performed the drain cleaning by ... snaking about 90' of pipe, found the clog and removed it. From 1st phone call to job complete was less than 2 1/2 hours. I call that pretty good service.

The works we very helpfully with the issues I was having. The different groups all worked together keeping me informed who was showing up when. When my basement flooded I ... had to have your office do the clean up as well as replace my hot water tank that went up. They made sure that I got the help I need from the different departments and they were fast to respond even though there was a lot of homes that got damages. I wanted to thank all your people that came to my home since they did a great job.

The technician was prompt, friendly and did a great job. He cleared a clog 67 feet in the drain pipe of our kitchen sink. Price was a little high, but ... I did have a ${esc.dollar}40 off coupon, and we were willing to pay to get our kitchen sink back to working order.
