Took a bit longer to get to the appointment than scheduled, but the plumber that came out, Chan, did an excellent and thorough job.

Kenny did an excellent job, I am very happy with the service.

Kam arrived and quickly assessed our issue. He completed the service in a timely fashion and used all the appropriate tools to keep the area clean. Highly recommended.

The Roto-Rooter team fixed the washing machine drainage pipe issue with no problems. Listened intently to previous assessments performed and communicated the service needed. Fast Friendly Service

First the unit supervisor met me at my home to inspect the leak prior to the tech arriving. When the tech did arrive - he immediately looked at the ... leak and began to investigate where it might be coming from. It was determined that the leak came from the fridge pipe that was connected to the fridge water line which ran down the kitchen through the ceiling of the unfinished area. He showed me where and why and began to fix the problem. I was very glad that he spent as much time as he did explaining each of the processes he began. I am very happy with the service of Roto-Rooter and will use them again and refer my friends to them because of their knowledge and experience.

Your tech, Sawng, ID #13-2097, was a true professional. My drain was clogged on Sunday, August 8th. He came in a timely manner, diagnosed the problem, than spent the next ... two hours fixing the problem. I would not hesitate to refer Roto-Rooter to family and friends.

Your trainees performed 2 service calls: 12/26/21 and 1/21/22. They were both very inexperienced apprentices. I understand the shortage of licensed plumbers, and that you are doing your ... best to train more of them, and that this is part of their training experience BUT you could at least make sure they show up with the proper tools for the job and know how to use them, and clean up their messes before leaving!!! Neither one of them had a wrench that could remove a 3 1/2" cap on a cleanout! I had to loan both of them the necessary tools to remove the cap. Further, the first guy (more competent that the second guy) didn't have a clue how to go about removing the old damaged original 3 1/2" brass cleanout cap. I had to tear it apart for him (stand on MY pipe wrench while he applied muscle, cut out from the center with MY saber saw when the pipe wrench ripped the square nub off the top, and curl the damaged remains of the cap out of the threaded fitting with MY channel locks). The first guy was polite and conscientious and didn't leave a mess, and I was SO relieved and grateful to have him clear my blocked sewer line. The second guy came out on 1/21/22 to use a camera to look at my sewer line for any potential future problems. H couldn't read house numbers and called me twice to say he was in my driveway when I could look out the window and see this was clearly not true. He didn't have a wrench to remove the 3 1/2 " cleanout cap, and had to borrow MY wrench. He left big sewage hand prints on the bathroom wood work and splashes of sewage around where the scope when in and out of the toilet flange none of which he bothered to clean up.. He didn't bother to replace the wax seal under the toilet before he reinstalled it and he didn't bother to actually snug down the bolts holding the toilet to the flange. He does not seem have a promising future as a plumber. :(

I would have given 5 stars but I my technician was 2+ hours late. Otherwise he did an EXCELLENT job. I would recommend Roto-Rooter and the service technician.

Tech did nice job and cleaned up area before leaving. Expensive labor charge for four hours work
