The service was good but a bit slow. I was given a 30 to 45 minute window but the team did not arrive until one hour later. When ... I did call back to the dispatcher, first I was disconnected three times but then when I did get through she told me that in fact I was still in the window. That said when the technicians did arrive they were very courteous and professional. I needed the replacement of a pea trap under my bathroom vanity. Unfortunately even though this should have been a quick job, they did not have the parts and had to go buy the parts which took another 1 to 1 1/2. When they finally arrived they completed the job quickly and were very clean. I think that better information like a text would have been nice to have a window on arrival, and having simple parts available would have made this an excellent experience.
