We get our mainline sewer system cleaned every year by Roto-Rooter to prevent any issues as we have several trees in our yard.This year we had technicians Craig Wright # ... 3786 and John # 4758. Craig was a returning tech whom I was please to see, and John was a new tech to my home. Craig remembered the difficult way to get into my home from previous visits. Both tech were friendly and extremely professional. They completed the job quickly and were scrupulous about ensuring that they cleaned up behind themselves, even though I told them not to bother, as I had to clean the bathroom after they left. The professionalism and courtesy are the reasons that I have and will continue to use Roto-Rooter. I only hope that they will never retire and stay with the company!!

We had new tile put in last week and then the bathroom toilet was reinstalled. The tile person didn't put the correct spacer in and so the wax ring ... never made contact. Roto-Rooter came out just over an hour after I called and removed the toilet and found the problem. I am very grateful for there service. They also sent out a person to look at the water damage which helped us to see what else needed to be done
