I called for an emergency sump pump issue and Jason came out. He was super professional and immediately went to work draining the water to identify what the problem ... was. Within minutes Jason had seen what was wrong and took action. He worked relentlessly for hours and explained each step/option. Jason and then not only fixed the problem, but cleaned out the pump area extremely well and then did tests of the new pump to ensure it work properly. He cleaned up, then left Leaving us confident in our new pump and it’s ability to keep out home free from water damage. Jason was not only extremely professional, but was a polite and cheerful gentleman. Thank you Roto Rooter for fixing our problems and sending us such a professional person as Jason.

The technician did a great job. Getting him out to my house was a different story. 3 appointments were cancelled by Roto Rooter. I had to deal ... with one rude dispatcher multiple times. I left the correct phone number to reach me, and 3 different times, the call went to the wrong number (my number but not the one I was available on). I had water coming into my house during heavy rains but the appointment to fix the problem was cancelled two times. Since no one was available at my house for a 3rd appointment until more than a week later, I had to wait a week and half from the first appointment until we could set the 3rd one. On the day of the 3rd appointment, I called Roto-Rooter to update my phone number (gave them my cell number since I would likely be driving home when the call came to tell me the technician was on the way to my home). I left work early to get home in time for the 3rd appointment, but while I was en route, the same rude dispatcher called my sister (not me) to cancel the 3rd appointment, and she and he set a 4th appointment for the next day. But I had had enough of the cancellations and rescheduling. When I called to complain, the person who answered put my 3rd appointment back on the schedule and again corrected the phone number, this time to my home phone since my cell service was not working at home that day. The rude dispatcher called me on my cell number (not my home phone number as I had left--fortunately, I had cell service right when he called) to let me know that the technician was on his way. Except for the two people who scheduled and then rescheduled the 3rd appointment and for the technician who did the work, working with your company was a total nightmare that I am not likely to risk again..

I called Roto-Rooter for a back-up issue. They were very helpful and able to schedual service right away. Since my call was after hours and Monday was a holiday I ... was concerned about after hours additional charges or additional charges for service on the holiday. I was told charges were by the job not by time or day. We received a call from Daniel Wyatt ( service tec) letting us know he would be to our home with in 1 hour, he was here in 45 minutes .Daniel was very professional , fast with service and had us squared away in no time at. Job ended with being told we had a 6 month guarantee and to give a call if issue returned! WOW what more could we ask for! We would highly recommend Roto-Rooter and will definitely call with any other issues.

I had water running from under my sink onto the floor. In a panic I called my regular plumber. He was off for the weekend. Then I called another ... "24" hour plumber and left a message. Then I called you. You picked right up, told me you could have someone out within 2 hours. Then Dominic called to let me know he was on the way.
