I had a kitchen line that was backed up. After another company had unsuccessfully snaked, I called Roto-Rooter for a second opinion. The dispatcher quickly sent out Mike Shirey ... #1051and he quickly assessed that the pipe needed a water jet treatment as it had not been cleaned in a long time. He came back the next day and after a lot of hard work he successfully cleared the line. He was very prompt, professional, and knowledgeable about the situation. Very good customer service and plumbing service! It wasn't cheap but it was also a pretty heavy duty job and you get what you pay for - quality and professionalism.
