I am an absentee landlord who lives in Oregon. My tenants in Colorado had a clogged sewer Pipe. From my first call late at night to the dispatch, until I ... received the image of the item removed from the sewer pipe my experience was A++++!!! The local dispatcher (Jose) called me back first thing in the A.M. with the name and arrival time of the Roto-Rooter Technician. (Michael) The issue was resolved with in 30 minutes of Michael's call to me on arriving at the rental unit with the clogged sewer pipe. Michael politely introduced himself to my tenants as a Roto-Rooter Technician) I will recommend Roto-Rooter in the future.

Quick. Came out within 2 hours. Friendly, and explained what was going on.

Jake was the excellent tech on this 2nd part of our service call; he actually was scheduled for tomorrow but called to say schedule opened and he could come today ... so we went ahead. He did camera scope of main sewer line and found the issues, showed us the video and discussed/explained each point. Problem will involve digging in yard to uncover issue however we have ServiceLine warranty for that, but hoping they’ve contracted with Roto-Rooter to do the repair. We are Not at emergency stage but nearing it. Emphasizing the professionalism and transparency of this company. I haven’t been on the receiving end of Quality Customer Service for a longggg time if any of you can relate. Like I said in the review on Part 1 of this day, not the phone call we look forward to making; but R-R is my go-to without hesitation. Good job and thank you to everyone from the genuinely courteous girl at dispatch to the great guys Damian and Jake.

Customer Service A+++, courteous from 1st phone call to end of service call. Damian was extremely knowledgeable, clearly presented all options on resolving our drain issue, did troubleshooting with ... explanations as he investigated the cause, and helped us decide which route to choose. Kacee is a master plumber in every sense of the word! We had lower water pressure in the powder room sink and he came in went through every faucet ... in the house and pin-pointed the problem within a couple of minutes. The powder room's hot water valve was half way on and if we placed it all the way in the on position it would leak. Kacee simply tightened the valve and WALAH, the problem was fixed. Roto-Rooter should give this guy a raise! He was knowledgeable, friendly, and a pleasure to be around. Five star service all the way!! Only wish the rates were more reasonable LOL

Shane, from Roto-Rooter, came out to replace a leaking shower wall elbow and clean out the drain. He quickly and expertly fixed the problem then noticed that the water ... pressure was too low in all of our faucets. His keen eye and technical prowess ensured we avoided any potential pipe blow outs. I strongly recommend Roto-Rooter for all your plumbing needs. One last note… I called around to multiple plumbers and did not receive call backs however Roto-Rooter has an online appointment maker which gives the customer great flexibility, and they are very responsive. Unlike the local plumbing businesses.
