How to prevent frozen pipes and what to do if they freeze?
Wrap water supply pipes with foam pipe insulation sleeves. Use heat tape on the most vulnerable pipes. Disconnect outside water hoses then cover outdoor faucets with foam insulation kits to prevent them from freezing. Open cabinet doors beneath sinks to so warm air will circulate around pipes. Allow water to trickle from faucets when temperatures drop below freezing. Keep furnace set no lower than 55 degrees Fahrenheit. If your pipes have already frozen, use a hair dryer to thaw the pipe. Point a space heater at the pipe or the wall containing the frozen pipe. Never use an open flame to heat a pipe! If necessary, call a plumber to thaw pipes. If a frozen pipe has burst, turn off the main water supply valve in the house and open faucets to relieve pressure and minimize damage.

Willie was amazing! Fixed my problem, cleaned up after himself and was honest during the whole process. As a first time home owner, he could tell I was so stressed ... about the issues, but was able to calm me down and even gave me a discount. He knew what he was doing and even educated me on preventative maintenance to keep my plumbing working properly. I would absolutely recommend him to anyone requiring plumbing assistance. I will be calling him directly for future issues. He gave me peace of mind and as a young homeowner, that's all you can ask for! Thank you so much for all of your help, Willie!
Mark was very personable and efficient. He was nice especially on a holiday weekend. My daughter has severe disabilities and we can't be without hot water for her ... care and Mark understood and made us feel better. Thank you for the best service ever. Claire
