I have been the property manager at my property for 5+ years and we have used Roto-Rooter for all of our outsourced plumbing jobs. Recently we had a big job ... that involved a major dig up in two very small apartments and we were not sure what mysteries they would uncover once all the jackhammering was done and no surprise, there were several surprises. From the start with David Kerr coming out to identify the problem to the amazing crew that did the actual job; Don Smith, Andrew Miller, Matt Byrd Cody Donaldson, Duan Campbell, I just wanted to thank you all as well as Ed Clark and our favorite Lisa Foster for another great job. Both apartments were always left as clean as possible, we were always kept up to date on what was going on (thank you David) and the respect that the workers showed being in someone's home is something that I felt needed recognition. We have always been very happy with every job (shout out to William, our regular plumber too) and to the crew mentioned above. Another great job. Thank you...Cindy Williams

Unfortunately, our kitchen sink was clogged over the holiday weekend and we wanted to have it fix as soon as possible. I went online and scheduled my appointment which was ... super easy and no more that 10 minutes, I got a confirmation email with my time. The Service Technician (Dama Fanai) arrived earlier than advised (yay) and was really knowledgeable. He got right to work and cleaned up afterwards. Although, we hate spending the money...I’m glad it was fast, easy and painless. Definitely, working with them in the future (hope it’s not near ?). Thanks again!

Roto-Rooter service man arrived on time. I received a call about 15 minutes prior to his arrival. He assessed the problem with the non-working sump pump, checking to verify ... the pump would not work when unplugged and plugged in to an active electrical outlet. He provide a labor and parts estimate for a replacement pump. I signed the paperwork agreeing to the replacement. He was very careful to wear shoe covers to not track dirt through the house. He was very polite, helpful and provided explanations and demonstrations. The cover for the broken pump was not suitable for the new one. He drove to nearby store to buy a piece of plywood to use as the pump cover, after getting my agreement. He installed the pump and the valve and plywood cover. He demonstrated how the pump worked and assured the pump was a good quality pump that would be expected to have a 15 year lifetime. The pump has a 3-year warranty. The final bill total payment was the same as what he had provided as an estimate amount. He did a great job of clean up after the work was done. I was 100% pleased with the workmanship and have confidence the pump will work successfully for many years. I will definitely call Roto-Rooter for other services, as needed, in the future.

The service technician did a great job, walked my husband through all the necessary steps it would take to rectify the situation. The tech needed to run to Home ... Depot to pick up a part that he did not have on hand, he could've easily said I will need to come back another day when I get the part, but he didn't. Was back in a timely manner and took of all our plumbing needs.

Service was excellent. Tech arrived very quickly and diagnosed issue with sump pump and driveway drain- during a heavy downfall of rain. The tech also cleaned out a trench drain ... including vacuuming out water and debris. Awesome work!
