We have this service twice a year for our peace of mind. Our sewer happens to be at the end of a line and under a beautiful street tree. Rather ... than ditching the tree, we prefer a root trimming maintenance program, especially on the city side. Some day the city will find out the condition of the pipes(cracked or worse) and replace it to our good pipes on our side. The technicians supervised by Sean have taken good care of this. I called at 4:45 PM and was given a 5-7 PM window. I did receive phone updates every hour or so, but the technician did not arrive until 10:15 PM. ... The dispatch system did not meet my expectations. The service provided by the technician was excellent, but overall, I’m not happy.

Jason Titus was the technician dispatched this morning to the apartment complex I manage to determine the source of a water leak and repair it. This involved a bit ... of discovery as it was not obvious where the leak was. It also meant working in several units and interacting with several of my residents. Jason was courteous, knowledgeable, skilled, and extremely professional. He quickly located the problem and took great care to make the repairs without making a mess. I am so impressed with his professionalism, I will request him for all future needs on my property.
