The Technician came in and systematically determined there was no clog in the main sewer line. The Problem was the pump that pushes the sewer from the basement toilet to ... the min sewer line. I will replace the pump. He conducted himself very professionally.

Pricing to snake a kitchen drain was a little high.

I have a children's center and our toilet was leaking in the 2 year old room. I called Roto Rooter and withing 2 hours 2 gentlemen arrived to fix ... our problem.
