Ernst Sajou provided fabulous customer service and expert plumbing help. He explained everything to me and gave me all of my options so I could decide if I wanted him ... to proceed Honestly, because he was so knowledgeable, friendly and not pushy, I decided to let him fix my shower drain. He was quick, very efficient and cleaned up everything perfectly. I highly recommend him and might not have done the job if not for him. He should be commended.

Ray did an excellent job. He was very courteous and was very responsible and respectful about clean up , following the plumbing job.

We called Roto Rooter after discovering a disaster which culminated in our basement taking on water from a substantial leak in the ceiling. We could not tell where the leak ... might have originated, but a large area of the ceiling was soaked and began to seep through one ugly drip at a time. We were told a plumber would arrive between 9:00a and 10:00a. Jim ( tech #2512) knocked on our door at 9:15! He proceeded to figure out our dilemma, explained the situation and made the repair and was done within an hour. What appeared initially to be a major financial undertaking was done for much less than I would have paid for my insurance deductible! Thank you Jim and thank you Roto a Rooter!

I needed repairs to the bathroom sink. A leak was developing earlier I the week and getting worse. I called RR and the tech came over. We talked for about ... ten minutes and I agreed to have the work done. I was very impressed with the work and the amount of time it took to make repairs. On Tuesday, 8/22/17, I called and requested that Roto-Rooter come to my home to fix my toilet that had come away from the floor and moved each time someone used ... it. An extremely pleasant woman answered my call to schedule the appointment. Scheduling was extremely flexible and she was very patient with my requests and questions. The plumber that was assigned to the job was very courteous, knowledgeable, and accommodating. He explained pricing before doing any work. He even cleaned up after he was done. Extremely positive experience. Would highly recommend.
