Your plumber, Mike White, was on time, professional and friendly. He took care of my problem quickly and did so with care for my home. I would use Roto-Rooter again ... in a heartbeat.

We had a drain backup in our basement. We called Roto-Rooter and techicians arrived very quickly. They corrected the problem and cleaned up afterward. We were very pleased with the service provided.

Our experience with Roto Rooter. Began with an online scheduling for the service. It was followed followed up by an e_mail confirmation. Then on the day of the service . ... We received a call one hour prior to his arrival. We have used many services in the past. And have found this call to be a rarety. Jemal was an excellent tech and was on time! He was very knowledgeable and professional. He was also very courteous.. We had our drain problem resolved in about a half hour without a mess. I would defenitely use your service again!

This was an excellent company to work with. Everything was done quickly and efficiently, any questions I had were answered right away,I was not put off on anybody else. Harry ... and his crew were very friendly, informative and did a good job. They arrived on time and cleaned up any mess. I also contacted three other competitors. One said I would have an estimate emailed within two hours, I called four hours later, talked to an owner who said I would have it by the end of the day, confirmed email never received an estimate. Another one would not answer my simple question of Do you finance? I was simply sent to different people and never given an answer. The third company came out for an estimate, the guy went to the wrong house and said he was at my house, even when it was clear from describing the picture of my house that he was not at my house the manager in a round about way called me a liar. Needless to say that company did not do an estimate on my property and I would Never use them. Folks these are not fly by night companies and most people would recognize their names but they were not very professional in their dealings. Was Roto - Rooter the cheapest? no but their professionalism far out weighed all the others I contacted. I would definitely use them in the future they are well worth the money. The service was great. The service guy name was Bart. He was on time and explained everything that he was going to do to fix the leaky faucet ... in the bath tub. He didn't make a mess and got it done in a timely fashion.

Thr roto rooter representative Jamal 1535 arrived promptly and was very polite and neat and clean appearance. He went to work immediately and fixed my problem. He made ... sure the blockage was clear before he left. I would highly recommend this contractor.

I wish I hadn't wasted so much time, energy, & money trying to unclog the drain of our master bath's sink - Roto-Rooter is *definitely* the way to go! ... I was able to get an appointment immediately; communication was excellent; the gentleman who came to do the service was friendly & professional; and now we have a usable sink! It was an all-around good experience & I would absolutely hire them again and recommend them to a friend.
