ANDREW H.Recently I had a plumbing emergency. I had a water leak in my water supply main shut off valve. The valve needed to be replaced. It was a very difficult ... job to do, since the access to the valve was a small opening. I called Roto Rooter. Bobby Griffith from the plumbing department, did an excellent job in changing the valve. Unfortunately in the process, there was some water damage to the carpet and the padding below. He assured me that Roto Rooter will take care of the damage, and they did. Robert Coleman from the Water Damage Restoration department did a superb job in the follow up service needed. The carpet and padding were dried with a strong fan and dehumidifier. Then they sent Stanley Steemer to clean all the carpet areas which needed to be cleaned and sent Carpet One to finish the carpet re-stretching job. I truly appreciate their great service.
Everyone was incredibly helpful with my plumbing emergency! Terrence and Steve with the clean up crew we’re especially amazing and thorough!
