Had a hot water heater leaking that was still under warranty with Lowe's manufacturer. Worked great in dealing with manufactuer telling them the problem and with Lowe's regarding the ... policy of returning the old hot water heater before picking up a new one. Had the new one installed and piping issues resolved in timely manner. The weather conditions were cold and icy but Gray showed up and stayed on the job dealing with all the issues of the hot water heater. Highly recommend Roto-Rooter and would request Gray back for any plumbing issues.
