I was extremely impressed by the professionaism and work done by Roto-rooter. Drini Cenko was sent to help with a plumbing issue with my toilet. Not only did he fix ... the problem (roots in the piping), but he was very helpful and knowledgeable with all my questions. He even briefed me on preventive measures. I would recommend Roto-Rooter to anyone who needs their brand of services. They went above and beyond my expectations of plumbers in the past.

Excellent, timely service. I was pleased that, calling on a Monday morning, that you could also get a technician out - on Monday MORNING - to take care of ... my problem (kitchen drain line). The technician was on time, friendly, corrected the problem quickly, and cleaned up quickly and efficiently.

Not only was I able to get the tech out the same day, but with the Hurricane Irma approaching, the tech was still able to come out to my home ... and fix the drainage issue I was having in my kitchen. I have to say, I will call Roto-Rooter again if I need plumbing services. Thank you again!!

Had a water leak within my wall which had been leaking for some time which required the demolition of cabinets and drywall due to extensive mildew and air quality issues. ... The water restoration team headed by Melvin Davis, sent out Adrianna Zimmerman and her assistant Martin to tackle the issue. They did an outstanding job cleaning the damaged area, decontaminating the mold and mildew and restored the area so well that the air quality and mold inspector passed the repair afterf the first quality testing. Adreana and Martin, were outstanding. caring workers. If there is ever a problem in my home again I will ask for them.

Thank goodness that you were available to service us today. We had another plumber last Sunday that said there was a clog in the city sewer line, the city came ... out Monday, said the clog was under the house as they proceeded to cut the line in our irrigation system (and did not tell us) and knock a large whole in our back sewer line. They did not fix the hole because they had to put in a work order for another crew to fix it. They topped the hole with a sand bag, and because of the rain, it is now all covered in dirt. Mike was wonderful...he knew exactly what he was doing and fixed the problem today. We were very pleased that he explained everything and we now can use our toilets and water. We have been without being able to shower, flush toilets, do laundry, etc., since last Sunday. Mike was a blessing! Thank you for sending him over....you now have a new customer.

Had a major backup and Alex, the plumber sent, spent several hours, with the snake going fully under the house into the pipes in the front yard. ... After multiple attempts, it finally cleared and our plumbing was back to normal. He was very nice and professional throughout.

Our technician, Branden, was the utmost professional and most persistent in solving our storm line drain problem. I had briefly considered renting a drain cleaning machine from Home ... Depot and performing the job myself, but after witnessing the work involved and skill level required, I am extremely happy we instead chose Roto-Rooter to perform the task. Our experience with Roto-Rooter was we received expert, professional service at a very fair price. So much so, we would not consider anyone but Rotor-Rooter should we ever require plumbing services again.

Our sewer backed up onto flooor. I called and Roto Rooter sent someone out very quickly to clean out pipes and take pictures for potential issues.

Service Technician = Brian Stevens. He was excellent ... just excellent. Very professional and very thorough. Answered all my questions. Cleared line, used camera to inspect, ... found where line traverses yard to connect to city sewer pipe, established that part of the clog, which happens at least once a year, is in the city's pipe. Made suggestions as to how to contact the city and reference my receipt, which will have pictures, etc. attached, in your office. Brian was just absolutely excellent.

The plumber sent was very professional, knowledgeable, and not only got the problem fixed but also identified other potential areas or issues that required attention. He was a very excellent ... professional plumber. I would highly recommend this company to anyone.
