We had waste water backing up in our basement. Called Roto-Rooter and they were on it. The service was fast and professional.

My sewer line was backed up and I tried to rent an auger and do it myself. I ended up calling Roto Rooter and a technician name Anthony showed ... up 45 minutes before I though he would. Turns out my house was complicated and Anthony had the work ethic to stay with my family and solve the problem. It took much longer than we all thought but he continued to say he will fix the problem. I am a 3rd generation owner of a business in Saint Louis and love to see work ethic like I witnessed with Anthony. Thank you Roto Rooter for your service and experience at a time of crisis. Brett

Very impressive with the ease of scheduling. The plumber was very knowledgeable and fixed the issue very quickly. Had to make a second call for him to return ... as we thought the issue wasn't fixed, but it turned out to be a full septic tank. Very impressed with the technician and roto-rooter.

Steve was very professional. The house main cut-off gate valve broke at the stem while trying to turn the water back on after I replaced a valve cartridge in ... the shower. Steve explained what happens with the gate valve and the code for replacing the valve.

Steven was very careful to explain what he was going to do and what he had done when the job was finished. We are very pleased to again have Roto-Rooter ... do work for us.

Our serviceman, Tim (#515), was very professional and very pleasant to work with. He didn’t seem to be bothered by my 5-year-old granddaughter wanting to tell him jokes and otherwise ... “entertain” (distract) him. We recently moved into a leased home, and had purchased a new garbage disposal, as the old one sounded like it could break anytime. Tim realized the problem right away - it actually was a new garbage disposal, but there was something “caught” in it. It turned out to be a part that had not been removed in the installation process. We also had a few other small jobs for him that he handled with ease. I would definitely not hesitate to call upon Roto-Rooter in the future for any plumbing issues that arise in our home.

I called late Sunday afternoon and within 2 hours of my call Justin Tech ${esc.hash} 3455 had us up and running again. He was very professional, did a great job ... and very friendly. I will definately use Roto-rooter forever and refer everyone I know.

I have never been disappointed with Roto-Rooter's services. Five star and knowledgeable individuals. However, the expense of the services is quite high.

Timely response. Checked out the problems and did not try to sell me something that was not needed, Kept me informed as he went along, and thoroughly checked out all ... of the problems.

Charles, arrived and went right to work solving our sewer drain backup. He did excellent work and we we're very pleased.

The two technicians who showed up were very courteous and finished their job pretty quick.
