Every member of the team involved with my situation were courteous, professional, and did a thorough job, responding in a timely fashion-from Orlando, who unclogged the internal main to the ... team who came in to remediate, Matt and Will (?)-he looked much like Will Smith- ALL were excellent! He did an awesome job of reassuring me that all would be taken care of, helped navigate next steps by telling me about all the services that Roto-Rooter provides, and took into consideration my need to process & comfort level with next steps, and making sure I understood the need to move quickly to be sure that any further issues are mitigated. I am truly blessed to have Roto Rooter. We had a main drain issue the week of school starting. Lots of stress, anxieties, and running around made this timing VERY ... difficult. MY husband called Roto Rooter and they were here within an hour. Terry, not only fixed the clog, but gave us reassurance that it will be ok. Fernando and the water restoration team of: Andrew, Anthony, Jermain, Rodney, PJ, and Will, made it very easy. They were always letting us know what they were doing and why. Fernando walked us through every step of the insurance process and made that step even easier. The team worked their butts off to get it done. They made this very easy for a teacher and her family.
