Today I had a Roto-Rooter technician (Orlando) at my house to snake the drain from my washing machine. Orlando was on time, explained the process to me, worked quickly and cleaned ... up when he was finished. His customer service skills were wonderful. The service was very good, but the previous Roto-Rooter Serviceman tightened the inside access so tight, it could not be opened by my technician... he had to disassemble the whole ... pipe. . . I NEED SOMEONE TO COME OUT AND REPLACE THAT PART OF THE PIPE...CALL ME IN THE MORNING !
