Van (tech #1306) was extremely professional. He arrived on time and was wearing a mask which is something that is very important to us during these times of Covid. He ... listened to my concerns and immediately reviewed the problem and provided an estimate before starting the work. He left the bathroom clean like it was before he arrived. It was a pleasure having Van complete the work at our house.

Saturday night fiasco with the toilet. I called two other large Charlotte brands and while they advertised online they would have an opening...they didn't. Roto Rooter came through ... in a pinch and was at my house in 2 hours Saturday evening. Text service is great. Stan was super helpful, explained things before he started work. Gave me a quote before he started. Fantastic service!
