Very poor communication on arrival times by the sales coordinator who originally set up the event, and deflected blame or did not accept responsibility when confronted about it. The 2 ... gentlemen who came to the house to actually perform the work were very nice and courteous, but missed did not leave the basement clean and also had to be reminded about an area near HVAC that had remaining standing water. When there was an incoming flood watch, and the toilet drainage was exposed, leaving a risk of further backflow, I would call and be told I would receive a follow-up and never would.
