I was given continual updates on the progress of the job. The techs were careful with my possessions.

We had a pipe leak and they came out on a Saturday. We were very happy with Dennis and how he was able to locate the problem and resolve ... it in the same day. Also thankful that he was clean and followed the CDC recommendations and wore a face mask and gloves although it probably made his job a little more difficult.

Both toilets clogged, water in tub. Found shirt, undies and pill bottle. Anyone want my kids?

Alexandria Rivero, Employee # 3257, arrived at my house for water restoration services, on Sunday, 1/31/16, on time cheerful, and eager to help. The first thing competed was a water ... check, and once the area of concern was found, she worked fast to clear obstructions, open the area, and install the equipment, informing me of each step along the way. Upon job completion on Wednesday, 2/3/16, she placed all my flooring back to its original place and tidied up the area. It took a total of 3 days from start to finish for all services that I received (plumbing and restoration). I really appreciate the urgency, timeliness, professionalism, and kindness that I received on all levels, from the first person I spoke to on the phone, to the last person to leave my house upon completion. Thank you Roto Rooter, I will refer your business as well as come back in the future, if needed again.

The guest bathroom toilet started leaking; I called Roto Rooter this morning and at 7:15 a.m. I got a call that the plumber would be here within 45 minutes. ... Sure enough at 8 a.m., he was in the driveway. Five minutes later, Dennis had diagnosed the problem, give me my options, when I asked his opinion, he gave it to me, and within an hour we had a new toilet. He even cleaned up the water. In a heart beat, I would call Roto Rooter if another problem surfaces and would want Dennis to handle it.
