Today's experience with Marc was great. It appears the problem has been fixed. He was pleasant, efficient, and cleaned up when he was finished. I'm ... very disappointed, however, that I faced this problem yet again, after your company came and de-scaled the pipes in my home earlier this year. I was told that if I paid what turned out to be almost $2,000 to have this done it would not occur again. Apparently, that wasn't really the truth and I faced another charge today.

Work completed quickly and problem solved

Elvis 1126 methodically tested all drains for water backup. He also gave us tips on how to keep our kitchen drain from clogging up again. He did an excellent job!

Thanks to Evis he helped us fix our toilet and it really saved the day.
